Biography

Many years ago, Cary Bauer sought the advice of an attorney on a business matter and was told there was nothing the attorney could do. The lawyer impressed Cary with his honesty, intelligence, and the fact that the lawyer was more interested in being fair than making a fast buck.

Cary decided to pursue a career in law and incorporate that philosophy into his practice.

Cary graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee in 1996. He graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1998.

Today, Cary’s legal practice focuses on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security disability law. He is a member of the Tennessee Association for Justice and was awarded the Tennessee Attorney General's Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
