Biography
Martha Lott graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1974.
After law school, Martha worked alongside Jack J. Fine, Tom Farkash, and Alan Parlapiano at the Public Defender’s Office of the 8th Judicial Circuit. She then practiced as a trial lawyer for several years before becoming a judge.
Martha retired from the bench in 2013 after serving more than 22 years as a County Court Judge, Circuit Court Judge, Administrative Judge of the Circuit Criminal Court, and as Chief Judge of the 8th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Marth joined Fine, Farkash, & Parlapiano in 2013.
In the early 1980s, Martha suffered a permanent injury as a result of a car accident. Following the accident, she was represented by Fine, Farkash, & Parlapiano.
Martha’s experiences as a trial lawyer, judge, and a person with a permanent injury, make her uniquely qualified to represent clients in personal injury cases.
During her free time, Martha is an avid dressage competitor and is currently writing a novel.
