Biography

Carlos’s journey in law began at the University of South Florida, where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in 1985. His passion for law and justice led him to the William Mitchell College of Law, from which he graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1989. This solid educational foundation laid the groundwork for his distinguished legal career.

Following law school, Carlos served as an associate and partner attorney for 22 years at Escobar, Ramirez, & Associates, PA, where he founded the firm’s family law practice.

Carlos’s dedication to the legal community is evident in his active involvement with associations such as the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Family Law Inns of Court for the 13th Judicial Circuit. His role as a Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officer and his membership in the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals underscore his commitment to family law.
