Biography
Benjamin Gerber is an award-winning trial lawyer focused on representing individuals who have suffered work-related injuries.
Ben earned his Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University Law School. It was at the law school’s Consumer Affairs Clinic where he first began helping individuals stand up to big corporations. He was also awarded legal internships at the Department of Justice and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
In 2010, Ben co-founded the workers’ compensation law firm of Gerber & Elkins in order to provide superior representation for individuals injured in work injuries and accidents that include back and neck injuries, car and truck accidents, catastrophic injuries, construction accidents, head and brain injuries, and more.
