Biography
Luke McGahren is an associate attorney at McGahren Law with a strong foundation in litigation and courtroom advocacy. He graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he distinguished himself as executive chair of the school’s nationally ranked mock trial program.
Luke represented UGA Law at both the National Trial Competition and the invitation-only Tournament of Champions. At the National Trial Competition, he received the Best Advocate Award for the Southeast Region. He was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers for excellence in trial and oral advocacy and selected for membership in the Clarke-Carley Inn of Court.
In addition to his trial-advocacy work, Luke served on the managerial board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. He is licensed to practice in Georgia, is certified as a General Civil Mediator through the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, and continues to support the next generation of advocates as a mock trial coach at the University of Georgia School of Law.

He approaches each case with the goal of understanding the facts in detail, identifying the strongest legal arguments, and putting his clients in the best possible position for a successful resolution.
