Biography

Eric J. Marlett is a Senior Associate at McGahren Law with more than 20 years of litigation experience. He focuses much of his practice on complex litigation and appellate matters, including cases that require extensive legal research, detailed motion practice, and careful analysis of the factual and legal record.

Eric’s background combines legal and business training. He earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and later received an M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He also holds a B.S. in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His business education gives him an additional perspective when evaluating complicated disputes and developing litigation strategy.

At McGahren Law, Eric approaches each case with an emphasis on preparation, precision, and strong legal advocacy. His goal is to identify the strongest available arguments and pursue his clients’ interests to the fullest extent permitted by law.
