About Thomas Holder

Injured workers face an uphill battle when it comes to receiving workers’ compensation benefits. As an attorney with more than 3 decades of experience helping injured workers in Georgia receive the benefits they deserve, I know what it takes to get to the top of that hill.

Nobody wants or expects to need an attorney. Unfortunately, sometimes bad things happen to good people, and even the most cautious worker can suffer a sudden work-related injury.

If you’ve been injured on the job, it is vital to know that you have specific legal rights under Georgia’s workers’ compensation laws.

After more than 3 decades of experience fighting for the injured, Tom Holder transitioned to an Of Counsel role at Gerber & Elkins in 2026. While he retired from active practice that same year, his deep expertise and commitment to justice continue to inform our firm’s mission.

Our team remains ready and able to uphold the high standard of advocacy Tom established. Schedule your free consultation today to ensure your rights are protected.

Case verdicts and settlements

The following are examples of past settlement results that the Gerber & Elkins team have obtained for their clients:

$2.9 million Head and leg injuries when woman was involved in car accident
$1 million Man sustained closed head injury
$650,000 Police officer was shot and paralyzed from waist down

While past results cannot guarantee a positive outcome in your case, it can give you insight into this attorney’s prior successes.
