About Thomas Holder
Nobody wants or expects to need an attorney. Unfortunately, sometimes bad things happen to good people, and even the most cautious worker can suffer a sudden work-related injury.
If you’ve been injured on the job, it is vital to know that you have specific legal rights under Georgia’s workers’ compensation laws.
After more than 3 decades of experience fighting for the injured, Tom Holder transitioned to an Of Counsel role at Gerber & Elkins in 2026. While he retired from active practice that same year, his deep expertise and commitment to justice continue to inform our firm’s mission.
Our team remains ready and able to uphold the high standard of advocacy Tom established. Schedule your free consultation today to ensure your rights are protected.
