I am Timothy C. Felice, founder and principal of Felice Trial Attorneys in West Palm Beach, Florida. I am a passionate personal injury trial lawyer dedicated to obtaining full justice for clients who have been seriously injured or who have lost loved ones due to someone else’s negligence.
Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005, I am licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, the Florida Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit. I have secured verdicts and settlements exceeding $1 million as lead counsel more than 17 times and am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
I have secured record-breaking verdicts and awards, including $92,300,000 in a trucking case and $100,000,000 in a sexual abuse case involving a minor. My office tries cases throughout Florida.
I live in Palm Beach Gardens with my wife, Jessica, our three children, and our five dogs. When I’m not with my family, you’ll find me in the courtroom fighting for my clients or flying my plane.
