Biography
Marion Munley is a nationally recognized personal injury attorney with decades of experience representing people seriously injured in truck crashes, medical malpractice cases, product liability claims, and other complex matters. Triple Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, she has secured numerous multimillion-dollar recoveries for her clients and has earned recognition from Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and Lawdragon.
Marion is also a prominent leader in the plaintiffs’ bar. She currently serves as President-Elect of the American Association for Justice and was the first woman to chair its Trucking Litigation Group. Her practice combines extensive trial experience with a deeply personal approach to representing injured clients and their families.
