Biography
Kurt Arnold is a founding partner of Arnold & Itkin and one of the nation’s most accomplished trial lawyers, having recovered more than $20 billion in verdicts and settlements for his clients. He routinely secures over $1 billion annually and holds numerous records for the highest verdicts and settlements across the country. His record-setting results include the largest single-plaintiff personal injury verdict in Louisiana ($117 million), the largest verdict in Hawaii ($42 million), and the largest workplace accident settlement in Texas history ($357.7 million).
Kurt is a member of the prestigious Inner Circle of Advocates, an invitation-only group of the top 100 plaintiff lawyers in America. He graduated from the University of Texas with high honors at age 19 and earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Texas, Pennsylvania, and Arizona, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court. He lives in Houston with his wife, Tara, and their two children.
