Justin Fowlks

Biography

Justin M. Fowlks is a San Antonio attorney who represents clients in personal injury and criminal defense matters. Before founding Fowlks Law Firm, he handled complex criminal cases and serious injury claims, including on-the-job accidents, trucking accidents, catastrophic auto accidents, and other high-stakes matters.

Justin earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he served as a student defense attorney in the Criminal Justice Clinic and represented juveniles and adults facing criminal charges. He also earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Political Science.

Known for his accessibility and client-focused service, Justin is fluent in Spanish and represents clients throughout Texas. He is a member of several legal and community organizations, including the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, and Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
