Biography
Jason Messenger’s childhood dream was to become a fighter pilot, inspired by Top Gun. When a fear of heights and the need for glasses put an end to that plan, he turned his attention to another goal: becoming a lawyer. Jason joined Richardson Richardson Boudreaux shortly after earning his law degree and has spent nearly two decades helping people facing serious legal problems.
Jason represents individuals in personal injury and wrongful death claims involving motor vehicle crashes, falls, defective products, nursing home abuse and neglect, and other serious injuries. He also represents survivors of sexual assault in medical facilities and nursing homes. His experience includes trial and appellate representation of individuals and small businesses in both state and federal courts.
Before joining Richardson Richardson Boudreaux, Jason defended insurance companies and their insureds in litigation. After seeing firsthand how insurers approached claims and litigation, he chose to represent people who have been harmed by the actions of others.
Jason has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Civil Rights Law and Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs. He was also selected to the Oklahoma Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list in Civil Litigation each year from 2010 through 2016.
Outside the office, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. He is an avid fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and Boston Red Sox and hopes to attend a baseball game at every Major League Baseball ballpark. So far, Fenway Park remains his favorite.
