Biography
Dennis Hernandez, Esq. is a fifth-generation Florida native and a dedicated advocate for injury victims. Born in Tampa, he became an attorney at just 23 years old. For over three decades, Dennis has passionately represented individuals injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, semi-truck crashes, tractor-trailer accidents, commercial truck collisions, pedestrian accidents, and product liability cases across Florida.
A graduate of Duke University with a degree in Economics, he earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and a prestigious Master of Law (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School.
In 1996, he founded Dennis Hernandez Injury Attorneys, a personal injury law firm committed to helping accident victims, including those injured in motorcycle crashes, truck accidents, and car wrecks, recover compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain, and suffering. The firm has grown statewide with offices in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Bradenton, Orlando, Fort Myers, and Lakeland.
Dennis has successfully handled countless high-stakes cases, securing major verdicts and settlements for truck accident victims, motorcycle injury victims, and car crash victims, including:
