Biography
While interning at the district attorney’s office, Chuck Richardson assisted with the prosecution of DUI cases, misdemeanors, and violent crimes. After becoming a licensed attorney, he accepted an appointment as an assistant district attorney, a position he held until joining Richardson Richardson Boudreaux (RRB) in 1991. During his time as a prosecutor, Chuck achieved a 100% conviction rate and helped lead the office to a record-setting conviction rate of more than 95%.
In June 1997, Governor Frank Keating appointed Chuck to serve as district attorney for Tulsa County. During his tenure, he helped implement policies governing the approval of criminal charges, sought increased sentences for violent offenders, developed a more compassionate approach to property crimes, and worked to create an environment that fostered success within the office.
Chuck joined RRB in 1991, first serving as an associate and then as a junior partner before becoming a partner in 1994. He worked closely with his father, Gary Richardson, learning from his experience and building the skills that would shape Chuck’s own legal career. Today, Chuck brings his passion for protecting others to his personal injury practice.
Chuck has obtained the largest verdict in four Oklahoma counties. His jury verdicts include awards of $6.9 million, $10 million, and $6.5 million, among many others. He has successfully tried and settled complex cases involving medical malpractice, commercial truck crashes, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and defective products and medical devices.
