Biography
Brian Chase is a California personal injury attorney and managing partner of his firm, where he leads high-stakes litigation on behalf of individuals and families harmed by negligence. His practice spans a wide range of serious injury and wrongful death cases, including motor vehicle accidents, defective products, and complex claims against large corporations. Over the course of his career, Chase has helped secure more than $1 billion in verdicts and settlements for his clients.
While widely recognized as an authority in auto defect litigation, Chase is known more broadly for his ability to take on powerful defendants and present complex cases clearly and effectively to juries.
