Biography
For more than 30 years, Alan Fuchsberg has been a nationally recognized personal injury attorney handling both individual cases and complex class actions. His practice spans the full spectrum of personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, product liability, and wrongful death.
Alan also has extensive experience in civil rights litigation, including cases involving foster care abuse, police misconduct, and violations of civil liberties. In addition, he handles matters involving employment law, insurance disputes, antitrust claims, and estate proceedings.
